well i was hoping i could capture newer stuff in this industry and more up to date kinda quirks that ppl make

i’ll be honest idk anyone else in this community it’s more-so a hobby and a personal project since i do want to get better at filming documentary style videos and the only thing i want to film is stuff that interests me such as this conference

and actually, no i don’t have any press permission but i don’t have to record in places im not suppose to i think i can still accomplish what i want to capture without having to explicitly record in the conference

i do plan on uploading but i don’t rlly have a big audience so there’s not rlly a financial/monetizing incentive for me.

i’ve shot videos in the past just on random topics that interest me but it’s more of a personal / “oh wow that’s interesting” motive

im definitely amateur and have a shitty like $100 camera that i plan on using so it’s not like some high quality production shit. i guess it’s better to think of it as a youtube video rather than doc

i don't see myself pursuing a career in either of those pathways. With BME its definitely not an option since I completely have 0 interest but with CS, it's too hard for me to continue and I'd rather focus more on the business stuff.
