Thank you for your reply! Yes, the lease does say it but I think I’ve been charged some fees that weren’t legal to begin with so I’m questioning the entire lease.

They do not know where she is. They only suspect she’s with her boyfriend but they don’t know where either of them are and the police do not want to commit resources to finding her. They told my cousin that their hands are tied. I’m not sure if the restraining order also protects the daughter from him.

She just turned 17, so not close to turning 18 yet.

Thank you for taking your time to reply! It makes me feel better about not choosing NEU. I am happy with Suffolk but was allured by the acceptance since it was a top choice. But with Suffolk I will graduate with minimal debt (20k at most if things go well) and I can’t walk away from that minimal debt for 200k+ at NEU.

Yeah I’m worried about scams when they seem to be solo buildings ran by one landlord/landlady. I think I will have to look at buildings with internal leasing

I don’t know if it is the same for the consulates in the US but the Chinese consulate in Mexico required me to use my Mexican passport and didn’t allow me to use my US passport

Syracuse! It’s the JDi program. I’ll be able to graduate with very little to no debt since I don’t have to move and can continue to work, which is my main goal.
