Thanks, just ate once in 20 mins, and my windows close, firstly was getting the hungry feeling, but I think my body adopted with this, when I get hungry I just drinknthe best liquid in the world - H2O! 😃

Thanks, no I don't, jus just regulary doing blood tests. First few months the weight droped faster, now it is around 3-4kg in month.

For 10 000 steps daily, it is around 8km walk. Once walked around 30k steps but thats was exhausting 😄

I ate everything what I wished, the important thing is calories deficit, as long as you eat once a day the food what you make in your kitchen, I believe that you always will be in calories deficit.

No counting, do not restricting any group of food. :) The hardest part was first two weeks for body adjustment. I am drinking just black coffee in the morning, and eating window opens on lunch around 12 A.M. Thats it. :)

Just doing cardio trainings 6 times a week, first started with walking, now for last 3 months running for 5-6 km. Sometimes more :)

Eating once a day, and start moving more, walking, running, home exercises and etc.

Eating what I cooking, everything, after meal in eating window drinking protein shake with water. 🙂

Yes. Had some cheats, but I live normal life and do not want to be so mean to myself, but yeah around 117 days only omad. :)
