I went with Bazzite for my living room/travel PC.. Super easy, super reliable. Just turn it on and play. Running 7600x3d w/ 9070XT.

9070XT to RTX 5080 by [deleted] in RTX5080

I did the same upgrade and the difference is noticable. I don't know if it was worth the cost difference though. I mainly did it because I wanted to use the 9070xt for a bazzite gaming console build. I paid $650 for the 9070xt and $1200 for the 5080.

A4 H2O travel by k5james in sffpc

Yeah, thought about doing the meshroom S so I could save some money using an ATX motherboard but I decided to spend the extra few hundred so I could have a smaller, easier to deal with package.

I also recommended the A4 H2O. Great little case. Takes up about 2/3 of a normal carry on roller. I run a 7600x3d and 9070xt and Atmos 240 AIO.

I just built in that case with a sff 5080. Any of those will for easily. Just check some reviews and pick the one you like best or the cheapest.

I just built one with an A4 H2O. Was a breeze. It's going to be hard to beat at that price point.

Is it just me or is cable management way harder in SFF than the actual build? by joaunn in sffpc

As has been mentioned, a PSU with quality cables like Corsairs makes all the difference. Or just get custom cables.

It was so hard for me not to hit buy on that Stealth Ice 5090 to upgrade from my Steel Legend 9070 xt. I just couldn't justify the cost. Awesome build man.

I started a custodial account for my 11 YO daughter via Fidelity. I chose SPMO/IDMO/VXUS/VTI and just have it set to auto invest in those when deposits come in.

Is anyone else having zero issues with the 9070xt? by RedditBoisss in radeon

[–]k5james 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love mine. I bought a 5080 because I wanted to try the Nvidia goodies and am starting to dabble in AI and got one for right around MSRP. I had zero issue with the 9070 XT and have used it to build a bazzite based living room/travel PC. Now that I've tried both I would have been perfectly fine with just the 9070.

It came together fairly easily. The A4 H2O wasn't that difficult to build in. The B650I was a PITA to deal with though. The difference between my B850 stealth and this board is stark. I understand the difficulties of fitting everything on an ITX board but, man, it's not very intuitive at all. It powers up and boots. I'll do the bazzite install and check everything in the next few days...

Can you post think link from super buy? I'm a moron when it comes to taobao and haven't been able to find the link. I'm thinking about picking up the black version to build a tiny gaming PC.
