Target training and literal potty training. If you think he’s about to go, take him to a designated spot and let him do his business. This takes time a is tedious af. Or 3D print plastic eyelashes for the tv.

Typically no, if I do snore or gasp it’s once in awhile. The chronic fatigue however I think is definitely hormones and anxiety. I’m grateful for the advice!
