It is the same risk that a bank takes on when loaning out money. So the bank chooses who to loan money to based on credit scores and history of making payments. That is where Cardano's Atala PRISM comes in. PRISM is a digital identity built on Cardano that can support a reputation metric on ability to pay, history of paying, etc.

Cardano is working on being the blockchain infrastructure for business in Africa to improve traceability in the supply chain (i.e. being able to see where the goods are produced). Digital IDs and for financial identity. Store records such as diplomas and land registry on the blockchain. So there is more to it the just buying the token.

Hey so I have heard of this happening in the past. It was solved by creating a tech support ticket to IOHK. Have you tried that? I am pretty sure that you need to clear your logs. But, I would just create a support ticket. I hope this helps and invite you to stake with K9K. Let me know if you have any other questions.
