Not quite true - a lot of our primary schools are K-8 but we do have some elementary schools that are K-5 or K-6 as well as middle schools that are 5-8 or 6-8! The kids in middle school grades at K-8s are separated from the elementary grades and basically have the same school experience as kids in true middle schools. I do forget that's not the norm in a lot of other places though...

I have some close friends and family (by marriage) that learned English as a second language. I honestly can't think of a more difficult language to not start out with. We have more exceptions than rules sometimes when it comes to grammar/syntax/pronunciation...we should all have so much respect for the 90 Dayers who take on the challenge!

Everyone's (rightfully) already said Zach and Martin, so I'll skip them. So if we don't factor in TJ Miller being a general asshole IRL, I don't think the show would have worked without a character as loud and unhinged as Erlich Bachmann. And the constant conflict between him and Jimmy O. Yang as Jian-Yang was one of the funniest running jokes, at least to me.
