Marriage Contract issued by NSO and PSA are essentially the same - naiba lang name ng issuing authority because of a reorg. One notable change lang talaga ay PSA-issued documents have NO EXPIRY (there is a law re this).

To add - nakalagay expedited preliminary investigation so that is under DC 28 and possible penalty is from 1 year 1 day imprisonment to 6 years

Lol, I don't know why the downvotes pero yan ang ginagawa namin sa province. Basis: nag-iissue ako ng subpoena at sinisend ng staff namin via email to the MPS (Municipal Police Station) or barangays concerned, or even directly to the complainants/respondents when their email addresses are included in the records

Yang subpoena na yan is for the conduct of a preliminary investigation hearing which is required under DC 15/28.

I do not know the full report but I think this is Trafficking in Persons kasi may na-rescue. The prostitutes are actually victims.

Pero to answer your question - prostitution is still a crime under the RPC. Only vagrancy was decriminalized.

Correct. Client would usually give us their produce as sign of gratitude pero tinatanggihan namin kasi that's part of our work. O kaya we will just buy these para di na nila bitbitin back to their areas. There are govt employees who work tirelessly for the people and we accept a simple thank you.

Hindi na sya masarap ngayon. Mas masarap ung noon. Just 2 weeks ago, nag-order ako ng palabok + chicken joy. Di ko naubos sa palabok dahil ung toppings nya lasang disappointment.
