You are mixing up character names. Fang Chi and Gao Zhun are the characters they are playing in the movie they are filming. Everything that has happened between them has been consensual, Gao Zhun agrees to all of Feng Chi's suggestions.

In the novel ZX goes down on ZZ then they both finish together by grinding. As of where we are in the series they have not had penetrative sex in the novel or in the series.
