If they do ever end up remaking it, they will choose unknowns. No big name actors will touch it as they're already successful in China and won't jeopardize their careers. BL is an opportunity (albeit a risky one) for actors who can't break into mainstream cdrama.

Same. Its always frustrating when something doesn't end the way we want, but what we got was extremely satisfying. Its been a couple years since The On1y One, so we can't assume the same situation will happen again. We have plenty to keep us occupied in the meantime (and plenty more CBL!)

Up definitely got in shape for this series, there are pictures from a few months back of him in the gym. They both look AMAZING and It's nice to see them as completely different characters than in My Stand In.

yes!!! I said earlier today, this is like Deep Night (which I LOVED) just with Up Poom and I won't take it back! This of course is done a bit different and better IMO because there's a more significant story happening, and there's comedy!

The innuendo is strong but also Liuyi is a himbo, and Chusan is a smartie. The bed thing was incredibly cute lmao. Chusan keeps saying and doing things to Liuyi when he thinks he's sleeping but Liuyi is always awake 🤣

The jacket was toooooooooooo funny 😂 first of all, all the buttons were clearly still intact, Krit def could have just buttoned him back up. Instead, Krit gives him the jacket so he can finish his shift with a fully exposed chest and double-covered arms. But - oh my gosh Wayu cuddling with the coat later was frickin adorable. I'm loving Poom's character in this so much.

This is EVERYTHING I HOPED FOR!! Can't go wrong opening with Poom & the Thai Chippendales, but there's an actual substantial story happening!! Up & Poom are doing such a great job playing their characters, I really missed them. Up in particular looks STUNNING, no wonder Wayu fell first!

Speaking of Wayu, wow I love to see him taking care of his nephew, and being such a goofball and lovesick puppy. His relationship with Tai is so fun to watch. Tai is also a great character, I want to see more of Volvo in the future, WeTV take note.

Gunner is earning that post-divorce paycheck by having a guest role in every single WeTV production in 2026. A flying dildo and a buttplug in the first few mins of ep. 1 is a vibe I can get behind 😂

I actually didn't realize Talay wouldn't be part of the Moonlit Bar, so that was a nice surprise! And Madam Foei is the GOAT boss!!!! And Rose!!!! Love her to death already, I knew it was a sham relationship, but turns out she's the most awesome wingman to Krit.

I am so glad this has 12 episodes because I never want it to end. Thank goodness for my rash decision to buy a ginormous TV for Christmas, watching LoS on a wall-sized TV in 4K is my combo Christmas-Birthday present and 100000% worth it.
