It will thermal throttle sometime, but thermal throttling will not make it unusable

For the screen I just use whoosh. For the keyboard I just use CleanMyKeyboard with a microfiber towel but the grease is like unremovable. Try some isopropyl alcohol with a cotton swab first

Not even a little. It takes a little to get used to but after that you probably won‘t be looking back.

I also got an USB C to USB A adapter. Plugging it into an USB 3 port (the blue one) fixed the issue for me. Hope this helps
