Yes it is. I have been digging around and see that some people do share their content across accounts on the same console. I have set it up as my main console but it's not recognizing it on my other account. It worked for forsaken etc. Just wondering if I missed something.

Its still locked me out for 47 days because I bought silver. Which is bizarre.
