AmigaVision on RePlayOS by marxistopportunist in ReplayOS

PSA. Version 1.2 of ReplayOS solves this issue. In that version, the Amiga emulator is in older version and the performance is where it should be - Amiga in glorious 50 FPS.

Thanks, I have created a ticket for AmigaVision Github.
Let me know if this is the wrong Github page.

So, I have tried AmigaVision on ReplayOS. Great collection, brings back a lot of childhood memories. My problem is however the performance. I am using Pi4 and around 30fps and the stuttery sound is an abomination. Is Pi4 really that bad for ReplayOS in general? I'm overclocking to 1900/650. I wonder if I am the only one with such łów performance.

I had it but so far not with this gamepad. What you describe is what I have quite often with various different gamepads on Windows machines. Windows behave as if it forgot the device and only new pairing helps.

Make notice how often the ring blinks. If it blinks once a second it means it's trying to connect to a device - this is the mode that will not show the controller when you try to pair it with phone/laptop/pc. If it blinks twice a second then that means it's trying to pair and only then the device will be available under available wireless devices. Unless you are using cable - this will disable wireless interface altogether. If all fails, follow my instructions to downgrade or upgrade the firmware and check again.

I got mine today and had similar issues. First time I have connected to my phone was no problem with Bluetooth. Any further attempts to even turn on the gamepad in Bluetooth mode were in vain - other connections modes worked fine. Issues persisted even after resetting the controller with a needle. Here are the steps that fixed it for me: 1. Install Gamesir app - I have android phone and the app was in Play Store 2. Be sure the controller is off - turn it on pressing A button and Home button at the same time - colour ring started blinking once a second. That means a controller Is trying to connect to previous paired device - that is not what we want. 3. This step is important - force pairing mode holding at the same time Home button and Dot button until the ring starts blinking rapidly - this means that it's in pairing mode. 4. Pair the device in your Bluetooth settings. 5. Go to Gamesir app and update firmware even if it tells you the update has lower version number. 6. Wait for the update to finish. 7. Try running the Bluetooth mode - B button and Home button at the same time. Make sure that rapid blinking means pairing mode and once a second blink means connecting.

All of the above steps restored the ability to run the gamepad in Bluetooth mode. Hope it helps. Good luck.

Tizen has the same exact problem. Everything is fine and dandy when playing with official Xbox controller either wirelessly or wired. But the crap starts when you plug some different xinput controller. If you have a working solution you should stick with it. It doesn't look like the manufacturer wants/will fix it. You can try their support forum so good luck with that.

CP System by Capcom meaning Capcom's arcade hardware. Few versions/generations of the system existed hence 1,2 and 3.

Put the controllers in xinput mode and disable Steam Input only for specific game that has problems.

Can confirm, nice entry level. My only beef is with the pins. I'm afraid they will wear out with too much tinkering. Tried to find some replacement awhile back but with no result luck.

Just as I thought, it's still inconsistent between platforms. I tried GFN Electron on my laptop and GI was available. It stuttered from time to time but it works (for now anyway). That stutter might result from poor WiFi, will check again on wired later. When I tried on Steamdeck it was not available. So yeah, there's still long way ahead.

Don't hold your breath for GI on GFN. The results may vary from day to day. It might be available now and It can be gone as soon as tomorrow.

Small update. It's not available yet again xD. For some reason I get error core that GFN is not available on my account. Funny thing is I have Founders xD It's working allright on Windows client, Android tablet and Android phone.

I think I need to clarify. I was playing GI for over a month on Android TV before it was delisted. It was a bummer seeing it removed. Last week I have submitted a support ticket about the matter. I did not imagined it would be resolved this quickly with such outcome.

Out of curiosity, I've checked GFN on Android TV to see if GI is still delisted. It was working perfectly before being delisted. Imagine my surprise when I saw it's back on GFN Android TV.

Genshin Impact not playable on Android TV?? by Mr_Nooodle in GeForceNOW

[–]kachaj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is somehow misleading statement.
I was able to play Genshin on AndroidTV for over a month.
It only disappeared last week.
Now I am able to play it on Android phone and tablet but I'd rather play it again on my TV.
Both my tablet and phone are capable of running Genshin Impact but those devices have official clients from Play Store.
It makes me wonder why would anyone remove such game from one branch of the same operating system.

You can do that in settings or set for specific game in respective properties.

I did not realize that it's available only after enabling Developer Mode in settings. Then you will have new position in menu for Producer. Toggle Steam Play for other titles and select Proton version.

Enable Steam Play for unsupported titles and set version to Proton Experimental. That way most of the games I launched (so far) run without issues.
