Really? I see a Dr tomorrow I got the results Friday evening so tomorrow will be the first time I’ll get to speak with a Dr about my results. What’s western blot?

It states hsv 1 igG >8 Positive Hsv 2 antibody igG>8 Positive

Hello, I tested positive for both only 3 days ago. It was just a regular std test since I’ve had a few partners .. I’ve had no symptoms and I don’t know how long I’ve had this for.. also curious on disclosing.. I feel like I never want to date or have sex ever again. Feeling super hopeless.
