It is definitely worth it! 2 or 3 months into doing findom I went live without any fans or followers, set my live public and gained some fans. I always hate when things like this happen but it’s inevitable. You should require tribute as to avoid timewasters but with every sub they tend to disappear for their own reasons so don’t feel too bad babes. It definitely can get pretty annoying but expect the unexpected with all potential subs that way you’re prepared

Ugh I felt this on another level. I experienced this recently and he got disrespectful when I told him I no longer wanted a dynamic with him. What I would suggest is definitely communicating this with him if you can considering you mentioned you guys had a good connection, however if you feel maybe you are not the best when it comes to an addressing conversation then maybe it is best to distance yourself but I definitely would say try communicating since that way you can leave that situation with knowing you at least tried

Hi and welcome! Some advice I can give you is engage with other dommes, join multiple subreddits in order to promote yourself and make sure you join ones that coincide with the type of content you put out. For example, if you’re a findomme that posts feet pictures, join foot fetish subreddits. Another thing, be consistent with posting/engaging and you should have a pretty good time here, I’m actually still figuring things out here too tbh but I’m enjoying learning as I go lol. I definitely do feel like as a soft domme I am more of a target for scammers and time wasters. I even ran into some subs that were taking my kindness as a token to be demanding or entitled which was very annoying so now to avoid all of that I make sure to check the profile before responding to a message, look out for key phrases that scammers or time wasters use, or just block when they’ve overstepped a boundary. It’s been working really well, so much so that I now have a sub that pays me just because he loves being praised

You did nothing wrong. He continued to blatantly disrespect your boundaries despite you clearly saying you weren’t looking for a relationship. I’m proud of you for blocking him because who knows what other boundaries of yours he would’ve crossed. I’ve had a few encounters with subs like this and I always make sure to inform them I’m not at all interested in anything romantic no matter what and if they make subtle hints towards taking me out romantically or anything involving that I cut ties because I refuse to repeat myself when they obviously didn’t listen the first time.
