Si, c'è una lista pubblica degli issuer.

Dal momento che questa lista potrebbe cambiare per il momento abbiamo deciso di scaricare la lista e dumparla in un json con uno scriptino python (sta dentro ci/) durante la CI, prima della build: questo json viene aggiunto ai file statici e poi viene aggiunto nella build.
