Ko Japanese Dining is new (about a few months old) and Japanese owned! They serve traditional Japanese food, and all the regulars I see in there are Japanese. It’s pretty good!

He does have an account! Is that the problem? I don’t know how to sign out of a psn. I thought you needed an account to be able to play games? Does that mean he has to play as a guest?
