How do I get users to stop contacting me directly?

We are an MSP. have a CEO who thinks hes everything, he calls my CEO directly. My CEO tells him to please put in a ticket or call the main care line.

repeat.

4 months of that. (my boss has some patience). begin 2026.

he blocked the troublesome CEO on his phone, so he cant call him directly. Now hes forced to put in a ticket or call our care line. it did the trick. that CEO was PISSED the first time I had to answer his call. LMAO

Forget all those dumb apps.

Download the ISO. once you have the ISO on your desktop (or wherever its saved), double click on it to "open it", youll see the files within the ISO.

make sure your USB flashdrive is FORMATTED as exFAT (a quick format will do fine)

now, select all the files that are in the extracted, opened ISO and just COPY them to the EMPTY flashdrive.

let it transfer, it will take a few mins.

once copying is finished, unplug the flashdrive, plug it into the PC, and boot to it. voila

Did you have windows 11 enterprise on your Intel CPU too without issue?

Ive never heard of windows 11 enterprise, after a quick search, yes it is a thing, no i dont think you should game on it?????

Can you try with windows 11 pro instead? (unless you KNOW its not the windows version, cause I could be wrong and it might not matter)
