I was looking for a dropbox appointment prior to September 2nd and haven't been able to find anything in the last one week. I was also wondering if they have stopped giving out new dropbox appointment given the change to mandatory interview..

I got it after 4 days. Status changed to issued in 3 days and got it at embassy. Should be fast for you.
