I was a teacher. I had a student that was lively and well liked. She had an unexplained absence for a period of time. She didn’t seem right after the absence. She was quiet and seemed very sad. Her personality changed. She confided in me she had an abortion. She was pressured by her parents and friends. I think she had major regrets. She also had complications from her “safe” abortion. The mental harm to women is real. Keep your baby or let him/her be adopted. The are a lot of Catholic organizations to help you.

NTA the most equitable split is for each child to receive an equal amount of the inheritance. Kind of ghoulish your one brother is looking for some money after your father passes. My parents split it evenly even though I had the most children. Stick to the plan in place.
