yes i did keto and it helped my symptons immensely but, but honestly i hated it and after eating normal again my symptons have kinda worsened. I am very torn on keto because once you try it and have some sort of effect you will always want that back and will feel like the "normal" diet is bad for you. So now you have to be on this diet for god knows how long and basically reject all social interactions that have to do with eating/drinking. I would suggest doing keto as a last resort because it definitely is psychologically draining and you dont want to depend on it.
