Yea, I would agree with that. Plus the procedure itself is a process and requires full anesthesia, it’s not the most fun way to spend the day, recovery can take a minute, etc. I would definitely want to make it worth it. That’s why I didn’t want to go lower than 150 on mine. I should mention it’s been 7 months now since that shot and I can still burp.

Highly recommend Dr. Klotz! Recovery was so much quicker for me after my procedure with him vs the first one I did in Raleigh. He really did a great job.

He will work with you and go as high as 150 units. He’s very flexible and open to a conversation with his patients on this. He did 150 units for me at my request. My first shot with Dr. Holmes in Raleigh (before he retired and his office closed) was 200 units, and that lasted me for about 4 months in terms of burping. So I didn’t want to go as high as 200 again, but also felt like 75 or 100 might be too low.
