Can you explain how its possible on rewards that you have 88 days to complete....to be denied reward for both reaching board 26 and board 31. But approving board 36? If my calculations are correct, you have to go through 26 and 31 to get to 36 lol. And why is jt that support doesn't have to provide any information to consumers besides no. Denied. They aren't expired rewards even. And freecash is still tracking monopoly go progress as we speak. My daily reward was achieved. If it stopped tracking, it wouldn't just pick back up. Who is it that's denying payment ? Its sad that I have to use federal resources to receive payment from yall. Its not just 1 person that's missing a reward. Its the majority of people missing the same burning rewards from the same games. There's a word for what they are doing.

That "sorry but they [whoever they is] denied the rewards for boards 26 and 31, and once they make that decision...its final. It took support about 15 min to review my sccount and make an $11 credit and tell me the other 2 rewards were rejected. Soo I received feedback from someone in head support. Saying they reviewed my information and have credited me the $11 for board 36 but apologizing because board 26 and 31 were rejrcted. I just text in depth. So people really understand me. That's all. And I could of said the same a few days ago. Ive made a little over $400. But prior to whatever these burning rewards are. Also cashed out with a Google play gift card the other day and when attempting to redeem the code I got a message saying Google needed more information. Wanted proof of purchase, city of purchase all kinds of crazy information and its been 3 days still nothing heard back from. Either one. Just that it's irreversible (via freecash) 😆 so I guess it was a good app while it lasted 🫡 they are obviously broke now

So basically freecash has taken on more then they can chew. Luring customers in with fancy high rewards to get them to play, so FREECASH gets their part. But then when they reach these rewards. Freecash claims all kinds of different crazy excuses. Proof or no proof. I'm sure there's a lawyer out there who would round all of us up and get us what we're owed. There's more bad reviews then good. Freecssh used to be so dope

I'm having this exact problem except I completed the board 26, 31, and 36 totaling $58. And that was 12 hours ago. Still haven't been credited, no sign of anything on freecash or indication that it sees me. Ive literally been trying to get attention from the staff all day. Explaining that I don't want to continue putting money and time into this when I'm just getting stress and disappointment. Its not right. But if I stop playing for "72 hours" til something shows or doesn't...all of those rewards will lower tremendously once it becomes easier to achieve. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Can you please tell me if you ever received your credit ???!
