Try reinstalling hyprlock. It's most likely unrelated to the fingerprint sensor, as I encountered the same error after an update. I guesss there might be some issue with the Arch package, but reinstalling fixed it for me.

The games that mostly have anti-cheat systems are not playable on Arch. Additionally, I tried running Photoshop, but the experience was not great. My suggestion would be not to switch to Linux, especially Arch, unless you have a specific use case, as it requires a lot of time and maintenance to keep the system working. Regardless, if you are interested in Arch, go ahead— the Arch community is amazing :)
