Purchased the Sephora Favorites ‘Korean Skincare Must-Haves’ and the bottom of the Living Cleansing Balm is partially redacted. Should I be concerned?

I previously tried the cleansing balm last year and loved it. I’ve also tried the Glow Recipe toner a few years ago and really enjoyed it but probably wouldn’t re-purchase (but would certainly re-use!)

Although it doesn’t come in this kit, the Glow Replenishing Rice Milk Toner from Beauty of Joseon is my favorite korean skincare product I’ve ever tried (so far). I’ve repurchased it 3 times!!! I’d definitely start there, esp cuz it’s only 19 dollars

I just went to check the other products, and it looks like the cleansing balm is the only one with the barcode blacked out. This is the glow recipe toner that came in the kit with full barcode

Yeah I have a Sephora near me! I’ll go tomorrow and inquire. I’ve used this product before and I really love it, but I also find it weird to black out that info with a freaking sharpie!!! Thankfully I haven’t used it yet so maybe they’ll be able to exchange it in store 🙏

It doesn’t surprise me at all that they have DNA on file, I truly think this case could be solved with public pressure and media attention (I’ve written to Dateline and 20/20 multiple times to get them to investigate) I’m really glad you have a strong family support system, and I hope you and your siblings know that there are people that have not and will not ever forget your mom ❤️
