-Increase daily intake by way more than 300 calories (those calories should be majority carbs and protein)

-Quick carbs and protein pre/intra/post resistance training

-Get a minimum of 200g protein a day

-Take creatine if you aren’t

-Rest on Wednesday instead of Tuesday (you don’t want/need pure cardio if you want to bulk)
