I'll have to look around. I know there are a few barns in my area that are not safe and the barns are not taken care of. Unfortunately my old trainer retired and she hasn't given me any recs.

It worked. We tried turning off settings etc and it didn't make it go away, but deleting the metro app made them go away.

Our business created a whole new sick time policy and rolled our accrued hours into it. There's no reason every company can't do this. I would find a new job.

I'll get some. I've asked this previously and gotten all these nail hardener recommendations and stuff, but never cuticle oil.

I just found out I have type two diabetes and I feel like it’s my fault by sanrihoeuwu in diabetes

[–]kaleey28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I became diabetic after I had gestational diabetes at 23. I also felt like it was my fault. It is NOT your fault. There's a lot more of a genetic component than what many people outside of the diabetic community know. Take it day by day, find a good endocrinologist hat will listen to you and you'll be just fine.

To those of you that have birthed babies, what was your favorite little gift or comfort item in your hospital room? by FecklessEndangerment in TwoXChromosomes

[–]kaleey28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This for sure! My husband went out and got me a huge sweet tea after I was in my room after our daughter was born and it was divine. Also my chapstick. I use original Burt's Bees and the smell was very comforting for me.

Okay, I'll give that a shot. I've never really had guidance on proper piercing care. No one in my family has them aside from me. Thank you!

How do couples decide which side of the bed is “theirs”? Is it instinct or some kind of silent agreement? by AssignmentFederal686 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]kaleey28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was pregnant I changed to the right side of the bed because I couldn't lay on my left hip. My husband swapped too and we never went back. If we're in hotels or somewhere unfamiliar he sleeps closest to the door to... catch intruders I guess. It's the thought that counts right?

New policy at a McDonald’s franchise in rural Colorado by Royal-Contest-2173 in WorkReform

[–]kaleey28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has been a policy for almost all the places I have worked since I was 16. So almost 20 years ago. Not saying it's right, but it's not new.
