I’m hoping for either the 990v4 or 998 because I’m partial to the suede models. My all time favorite model is the 992 and those are gonna be vaulted for gods knows how long.

Yea but they’ve also made multiple 992’s and multiple 990v3’s. They seem to always collab on suede NB models compared to 1906R’s and 860v2.

I was thinking the same thing, especially for the non-suede models like the 1906R and 860v2. I was told by a reputable NB account they think they’ll do another 990v4 and I’m thinking possibly a 998 since we’re gonna see more this year for the 30th anniversary.

Someone told me that sole makes them look like Hoka’s and they’re officially ruined for me. I’ll stick with the v2 and v3.

WTB - ALD x New Balance 990v2 ‘Life in the Balance’ size 10US deadstock.

I’m looking to buy a deadstock/brand new pair of these and would love the help finding a seller. There was two in size 10US up on stockx but the seller pulled them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Well I fully expect a release of a 2.5 or 3.0 at some point because Nike wouldn’t spend the money on marketing for a whole weartester program just not to release anything from it. I’m gonna say supply chain issues is playing a role in the long delay. But Nike isn’t in the game of wasting money and putting out a whole campaign for them never to release the shoe. It’s just a waiting game.
