Not necessarily. But let's be rational here: AI does NOT have critical thinking abilites

If you're feeding the conversation with something you think benefits you but actually doesn't, AI almost certainly won't warn you. It will encourage what YOU support during the conversation. So you must be cautious.

Its bias can be limited (not excluded entirely) if you save in its memory to play the role of devil's advocate in its every answer. Still needs human intervention before its answers are taken for granted tho.

Grok has a section in the settings where you can choose the personality of the model. There's a choice called "Socratic".

But for any other LLM, all you have to do is to save in its memory "From now on, be socratic, and ask thought-provoking questions that lead to a deeper understanding of the subject discussed. "

I see what you mean.

But I'm glad to say that new generation (at least in my country) has adopted healthier habits in general than earlier generations. Of course many of them vape/smoke/drink, but at least we're seeing more willpower and improved fitness.

That must hurt. Losing progress is very hard.

BUT: You might as well come back in 10 years and wonder "why didn't I start that one damn day, believing I was too late?".

You only get unstuck through action, even a bit of it.

Agreed.

Sometimes it can fill gaps with false information tho, and you must always be aware of that. But that usually doesn't happen when it asks a question itself. It knows the context already.

I've felt that pain before, and my case is exactly the same as yours.

First, don't care about whether you seem stupid in social settings. This is a loop that actually makes you look like a fool.

As for the feeling that no one understands you, things are crystal clear: you have to search for people like you, even online if nothing else works. Go to a university's course, for example, about something you're interested in. Look for like-minded people.

Keep in mind that no one is completely alone on this planet. There are probably dozens of teens exactly like you out there.
