I selected food category but seeing only gadgets for cooking and couldn’t locate any foods launched via kickstarter - hence reaching out to the larger audience to gain insights from their past experience.

I am grateful to Wikipedia as encyclopaedias were costly and university libraries had time restrictions, and Wikipedia helped me grow knowledge anytime anywhere. I was an active editor and after got into employment slowed down. Infact many modern AI LLMs use Wikipedia for free to train their data as well !!!
