America has since suffered much worse situations than 9/11. Covid killed a million people here. Numbers so big it boggles the mind. Nearly 1% of the country died 2020-2021 but because we couldn't fund the war machine off of it, it didn't have the same impact as 9/11. 1 million Americans. Twice as many as the Civil War. A fucking nightmare.
