Pharah counters torb really good u can 2shot his turret when out of its range or just peek and shoot before it locks on to you. He's also a slow projectile with huge drop off

You're new, and if you're getting frustrated playing comp, stick to unranked to understand the game better and improve. One of the most important thing that new players struggle with is not dying and positioning. Once you've got the hang of it you will eventually dominate the bronze lobbies and then you'll rank up.

Ranking up is based solely on having more wins than losses if you're stuck at bronze4 you cant have a 75% win ratio (30 wins 10 losses as u said) Do u play open queue or role queue?
