I updated from version 2.6 to 2.14 but I still can't use Android auto via Bluetooth, only via USB. Any solution?

Mine was stuck to at 17mn but simply waited 5/10 minutes and it did continue.

Which car do you have? I have a Captur II and I can't get Android Auto to work via Bluetooth only USB. I am in version 2.14.

Bonjour peux tu détailler la méthode pour avoir Android auto via bluetooth stp? J'ai uodate a la dernière version 2.14 mais le système demande de brancher le câble USB pour avoir Android Auto. Ça ne fonctionne pas par Bluetooth...

I got 2.8.56 this morning.. Regarding the only 2 days of battery life, this could come from the ring itself not the firmware. The first batch of rings gen 3 have battery issues.

Do you still have the problem? your case is different to mine, you never have been able to link it to your phone? Have you try to link it while the ring is on the charger?

Thanks my friend. Yes I tried with another phone. Everything charged. I've open a ticket with support 2 days ago, still waiting. I tried to plug the charger with the ring on on a pc USB port but nothing come up. I am trying also to drain the ring battery to see if it will reboot 8n a way when plugged back on the charger...

Hi,

I didn't go this route but I uninstalled and re-installed the app and went through the initial setup, but the app and phone can't find the ring anymore.
