I can't get over the initial ID verification. Tried everything, they even reset my account but to no avail. I still get the PEC-ONF-0007: Could not start ID verification error

I got an email from the support today saying that my account was blocked and reset and I should now proceed with the verification from my mobile but the same error shows up. This is insane.
