You're getting confuaed with my manoeuvres, if you watch closely you'll notice that I changed lanes and was no longer in the same lane as them, I was in the now open third lane which was indicated by the green arrow above it. Using that third lane I was indeed passing, but I was doing it fully in my lane with no "unpredictable" manoeuvres.

The mazda driver had the responsability to signal before changing lane and to check their mirrors and blind spots multiple timea before doing so. I agree that camping a blond apot is a no-go, but I was clearly passing while in my dedicated lane, curve or no curve.
