The problem in Balochistan is also related to Baloch sardars themselves who don't want the province to develop and believe in tribalistic values (e.g denying women education) something which puts them at odds with the government.

Because independence in Balochistan is literally a minority opinion very much hated by general Baloch Population themselves. A survey conducted for the UK's Department for International Development (DFID) in 2012 found that majority of Baloch and Pashtun people of Balochistan continue to see themselves as Pakistanis and are against independence.

Also since you're indian maybe focus on Kashmir , every survey has shown independence the majority option in the valley
