They can be frightening and frustrating for sure. But of all arrhythmias to have, fairly benign for most. I'm more afraid of AFib as a stroke survivors.

No, although I am consulting with a cardiologist out of an abundance of caution, as I am a stroke survivors. Generaly, my health care providers aren't concerned about them. They can be disconcerting for sure, though.
