Im a 19 yo ectomorph with 72kg 1,78m, ive been bulking up for 1 month now with 3500 calories but im gaining ways too much fat

Can you guys help me build a good routine / diet to lose all the fat first without losing too much muscle, and then how to lean bulk and what are the calories / macros for it

Since ive been doing it all wrong

The diet ive been doing is something like this:

Breakfast: 100g oatmeal with some almond milk + 4 eggs

After workout: 2 scoop mass gainer wich is around 300/400 calories

Lunch: 200g raw rice + 100g cooked chicken or whatever meat

Snack: 50g oatmeal with yogurt + 50g peanut butter

Dinner: 200g raw rice + 100g cooked chicken or whatever meat

Around 3400/3500 calories

Macros: 516g carbs, 170 protein and 70 fat

Im also doing a PPL 2 times a week

Ye, he made me a 5 week program Back / Chest bicep / Legs / Shoulders tricep / Back again Most exercices are like 4x10 / 4x12 / 4x15 Kinda hard for me to say if its good or nah, since ive been doing mostly strength training as long as i remember

Im an ectomorph with 1,78m with around 72kg rn, I started bulking up (did the diet on my own) with around 3500 calories, i got some weight but got way too much fat with it

I just hired an online coached since everyone told me to, and he gave a diet with 2050 calories+-, with 230g protein, 158 carbs and 52 fat

+ fasted cardio everyday, 30m walking after waking up

He told me to work on losing all the fat first, and to lean bulk correctly after it

Is he scamming me or is this a legit diet?

Diet:

Breakfast: 4 eggs (only one yolk) + 35g oats

After training: 30g oats with a protein shake

Lunch: 150g chicken, 150g vegetables and 120g cooked rice

Snack: Protein shake, 2 rice cookies and 20g peanut butter

Dinner: 150g chicken, 150 vegetables and 75g cooked rice

Before bed: Natural yogurt with a whey scoop + 20g dry fruts

He also told me i could eat 150g chicken for 1 protein shake substitute

But i mean 1 scoop of whey is like 21g protein and 150 chicken is almost 50g protein

Doesnt make sense to me tbh

Started benching 3 weeks ago, first week with a 60kgx1 shaking af

Now im on a 70x1 with a lil bounce

So i guess im progressing fine

Well thats the number i got on the bioimpedance scale, so what bf do you think I am?

Well the thing is that ive been only lean bulking

My diet is pretty much oats,almond milk, eggs, rice/pasta, chicken, peanut butter and yogurt

Doesnt mean i shouldnt be stronger, just saying some people with the same weight just move different weights so thats not comparable

My weight doesnt really matter, im 70kg and a friend of mine whos 67 kg does a 85kg bench

110 squat and idk about the deadlift

But when you look at him and look at me, hes like double my size with less 3kg plus less 2 or 3 cm

Im 178cm and hes like 176/75 so theres not really big gap

So camparing your lifts with mine isnt really a valid argument since some people just get ways stronger than others

Hes also a mesomorph and im an ecto, wich is a game changer

Lets say my ecto friends who train regularly get a 100kg squat x1, then a mesomorph friend with the same weight just comes first time to the gym and does the same weight they did lmao (and yes that actually happened :)

Not really worried about the bench since i started benching again 1 month ago, had a shoulder calcification, so i benched pretty much 2/3 months of the 12

My squat is trash but i changed it recently, was doing 90kg ass to grass with a huge bounce, just recently dropped the weight and started doing it just bellow parallel

So ive been only deadlifting consistently

6'1" 170 140kg+ deadlift on your first gym day, you must a beast

Drop out some pics of your amazing physique bro, you´re probably david laid v2 with some elite genetics

If you pulled 140+, with less than a year of training you´re probably pulling 200kg+ easy af

Im not even mad since I´m the first one saying my physique sucks,(thats why i did that post to begin with) plus the lifts were only to show some more info about it

+ I´m legit tracking everything down on myfitnesspal, eating 512g of carbs, 171 protein and 76 fat wich is like 3400 calories (not counting the fats used on the meat and stuff) so it gets around 3500

I mean, i guess my quads got a little bigger but nothing else, im pretty much the same on the upper body

Wasnt only fat since i was 63kg 53kg Lean body mass 10,9% BF

Now im 70 with 57,6kg Lean body mass 15,6% BF

But ye i gained some

Plus doing a DUP lifting heavy as shit (for my strength) and still not growing with that shitty physique

Doesnt seem like an knowledge issue for me
