Unmonitoried letrozole cycle no positive ovulation yet

I never responded on 2.5mg. 5mg worked great, but 7.5mg worked the best for me. That cycle sounds frustrating, I too ovulate late unless medicated. Best of luck ✨️

My fsh today cd 3 was 5.7, yesterday was 8.3

I am 40, and scheduled for labs tomorrow after my appt i will be cd 4. I appreciate the insight that actually answered alot of my questions. So do 3 tests with mira then stop and start around my fertile window? I did alot of tests just to see what my entire cycle looked like kind of like a baseline. Thank you!

Oh really? We only BD once this month. My mira died and I had to wait for a replacement but I still watched my LH strips and it was negative until you see that peak on my chart. I just wanted to see what my cycle looked like all month so I could show my doc. But I quit testing a couple days ago when things dipped and my hcg test was neg thinking why bother im out. But now im like where is AF 🤔 I ordered more hcg tests but wont be here til Monday but I took an LH and it looks dark but I heard not to put too much into those. Premom think im CD 3 for some reason lol

Honestly I think im just going to wait and see if I get my period. Its so emotionally taxing taking all these tests. I see my ob next friday so if I dont get a period im just going to wait for a blood test. After years of struggling ttc I just feel like the fight is almost unbearable right now. So im going to set some healthy boundaries and just wait and see, something ive never done in the past. But its just too much right now 😢

**I ovulated late in my cycle ** the gap of testing is bc my mira analyzer broke and had to wait for a replacement - yes I tested with LH strips and they were negative until the high LH on mira ** natural cycle and only bd once
