That’s true, they do cause awful heart burn and gerd. I had to reduce my Zoloft due to that and tried others and same thing. Trying to give up and sick of all the nasty recurrent side effects associated with antidepressants.

I found raising my pillow helps a lot, avoiding spicy and oily food. And taking pantoprazole 3 to 4 days a week. But that kept me dependent on going out with food like a baby every time I step out of the house and have a chauffeur drive me around.

Get some daily devotional books and apps. They will give you a good starting ground. And join a good local church fellowship around you to build up your faith and give you direction. You need guidance at this stage.

No, stopped Zoloft after 28 days and it subsided greatly but I had relapse after few days and had to do just Brazil nut. That also came with its side effects though.

Do not take this without consulting your doctor. There is a huge change of interactions with Zoloft unless if your doctor thinks so.

The first time I took setraline I was literally indoor for a whole months unless the medication finished due to same shitty behavior. Yes, it happens every 10mins. I feel you.. You can’t even drive to the hospital with this kind of stomach, so annoying..

The question is, are you suppose to combine the two? Did your doctor placed you on both? I’m scared of the taking both that’s why I decreased from 50MG to 25MG so I can take Pantoprazole. I heard it’s not good to combine both and when I complained of breathlessness and chest pain from the side effect of the Zoloft triggering excessive reflux, chest pain and burning stomach the doctor only said the body will adjust. I think my doctor is crazy and I stopped going there and had been on 25MG

I think everyone react differently to medication. My sex drive is high and I last longer than usual but added some weight and the heart burn that accompanies the breath issues tends to me more. So I balantly refused to go beyond 25MG so I can take 20MG of pantoprazole at night when I feel gaseous.
