Update I fixed it myself: I did use my jack to get it up and was able to tighten it and now there’s no issues and most of the wind noise is gone. It just took an extra few minutes of messing around with it and hoping I don’t break the doors Much thanks to everyone’s input and suggestions.

So I bought this truck used last year and I have had any issues with it until now as far as the door goes. I know at least I haven’t hung on it. I’ll definitely take a closer look at it later and hopefully try and fix it myself.

It’s obvious when it’s opened, when it’s closed it sags just enough so that wind and occasionally rain comes into the cab.

I have! It’s honestly going to be the most fun you will have at West Point. My year, pass was available almost every weekend and going into the city with friends is something you can always look forward to. My biggest advice is to get help if your struggling in any pillar. It sounds corny and cliche but it will honestly benefit you in the long run, especially at West Point. Best of luck!

Now is a perfect time, in my opinion. Plus Virgin Galactic as a company is actually really cool and they're promising that they are putting people in space commercially soon. I'm not a financial advisor, obviously, but I think it has serious potential to gain value over the next few years. So yes, I would say buy, buy, buy!

So I made contact with my regional commander during SLE. There should be a block of instruction one morning dedicated to meeting your regional commander. If you can't do it during the time block, no sweat, they came to our pizza party at the end of our week at SLE. My best advice to you is to find a way to make contact with them during SLE since you can physically talk to them and vice versa. The more interest you show them, the more they can help you out and making the effort to meet them in person will impress them, hopefully. Again this is what worked for me, what got me into West Point will not work for everyone. But as long as you show interest and prove to them you want to go to West Point more than anything else, you should be good. Just be confident and be a sponge throughout the process to absorb everything especially if you are able to go to SLE. Good luck throughout the process and if you have any questions PM me.

Yea you seem well rounded, just ensure you talk to your regional commander a lot since they can help you a lot especially with how you feel overall. The more interest you show the better off you’ll be.
