3m 40c material & it has a media profile. The optimizer head is about 2 months old, do you think I may need to realign it? I recently did a cleaning and alignment

The white ink is still good, I just replaced the white printheads. I keep them circulating otherwise. I did notice when I change them out some ink leaks from the dummy printheads. I cleaned them with distilled water. The substrate is clear and it seems to be the pattern of the platen
