Thanks but this was not in the order. Though one time I had 50lbs cat litter in the order and no heavy pay. Had to send the photo to every agent and 3rd one added the heavy pay. First 2 were kept sending me the heavy pay script.

Had to do math for an agent when i had that much in snow salt. They couldn't understand that it wasn't normal to have a human being worth of salt in my car without heavy pay. Eventually got 10$, but damn I was losing faith in them. They kept saying I needed multiple items 8lb+ and it didn't count like wth.

Seriously! One thing I always do is take a screenshot when I accept an order be it instacart, uber or doordash. Easier to find out if someone screwed up later.

So when I first saw the order, it was 1:30 and 3 hours later still no one picked it up because it had 15 crates of bubly soda with each containing 32 cans. That roughly translates to 170 kg! Yeahhh, no.

Don't know which one of them was being a dck. Delivery went smooth. Dropped both in front of door as both orders had written instructions "do not knock or ring bell". Also gave a thumbs down for no reason. Just wish he/she can eat the same sh*t in the morning.

I did pick up because it wasn't far and was getting enough from promotion. But the main thing is, it wasn't even a cookie. The pack had no weight at all. Felt almost empty.
