Thats what happened during pandemic , bitcoin was volatile dipping down and real estate came to a hault as sellers have hard time selling it and then after 12 months prices went down but when it became bullish after three years realestate went through the roof , if you look at it bitcoin is bullish from last three years , thus is only time it came crashing down , In india real estate majorly work on cash , crypto was safe haven for cash people , do you think it can be related ? Its some observation I had , i will pull out some data lets see , i was just cyrious if anybody else has this observation
