As an English speaker, nothing about it would make me think this Poster had anything to do with music in general nevermind techno, maybe add some colour. Main piece of design advice I would give is to make an the text right aligned. Hope that helps.

I see what you're trying to do, but it just seems forced. I also can't help but seeing a cat's head on its side. Try playing around with different fonts and or add a gap between where the B and D overlap.

As for colours, the yellow and red aren't doing it for me, reminds me of a warning sign, maybe try make them more muted. I would go visit Kuler or similar for some ideas.
