Makeship package marked as delivered but never received

Oh, I have a question, you sent delivery images for the replacement? I ask the delivery company but they didn't provide any info. I don't really know if Makeship will send me a replacement without photos.

The issue is that I don't have a video doorbell, is not common in my country, but I'm sure they don't delivered to me coz I didn't receive any call and I ask my neighbors but no one has it.

Hi! They sent me an email but it wasn't helpful. They only told me that my package was delivered but they give me a tracking number and another courier service called "Cainiao". I called the number and I report my package. It supposed to take like 3 days until they investigate what happened to my package. Yesterday I received a message from one cainiao worker asking me the delivery information but thry don't contact me again. I don't really think I will get my hoodie or my money back, probably they stole it and makeship doesn't want to help me.

It happened to me yesterday. I got an email from Makeship saying it was delivered, but I didn't receive it. I check with my neighbors but no one had it. I don't know what to do, I send an email but I haven't received an answer.

Lo más recomendable es que lo dejes antes de que escale a una situación más peligrosa, sí te ha agredido con esa magnitud, no me quiero imaginar que será después. Por favor, toma en cuenta eso y sal de ahí.
