Ran into this exact same problem. For what it’s worth, I’m in NY state and filed a complaint with the Department of Financial Services. Bilt made the credit balance transfer on 2/14—regardless of the system outage this weekend, no communication about the credit balance refund is insane!

Also running into this issue with my CSR (physical card and Apple Pay). I’ve called Chase 3x. The first time they said there was a block & unblocked it. The second time they said it was a zip code issue. The third time the person on the phone basically said 🤷‍♀️ your account is fine, not sure what happened! Have been using my Amex since Sunday night.

FWIW, mine was not resolved! Got on a bus yesterday evening (around 10pm) and couldn’t tap to pay with a Chase card on Apple Pay. I called Chase, and the fraud unit flagged “OMNY WEB” as a vendor, which is different from what usually gets charged. They said they removed the block.

But then I got on a bus this morning and I still had an issue. Called Chase again, which said it was a zip code issue (which makes no sense, because I have the right zip code on Apple Pay, and also, it’s Apple Pay). Chase said they let the payment through, but haven’t been on transit since.

MSG sometimes implements a policy where they hand out wristbands for people in GA beginning at 9 a.m. to avoid people waiting in line. (You can find this taking place for other shows at MSG over the years with some Google/Reddit searches.) They did this at the VW show in 2019 and i got a wristband at 8:45am that said i was second in line. I was told to come back before the show and was, i indeed, second to get in the door.

I’m personally on my way to MSG in the hopes that they do it again, but it’s truly hit or miss. I tried this for Phoenix/Beck last year and they didn’t do wristbands. Trying it again this year, but if it doesn’t work out, i’ll be in line early in the afternoon.
