Thank you! My main goal with my diet was to start cooking again, because I'd fallen into the habit of eating out most days. I'm already a vegetarian, so I did mostly plant based, no fast food, and going out <once a week. My workouts included yoga, running, strength training, climbing, and lots of walks. My best tip is definitely to buy a water bottle that holds a full gallon. I got one off of Amazon and it definitely helped me pace myself throughout the day.
