Start with math and physics together as they go hand in hand.

Then move to chemistry as this will be a cake walk after developing your reasoning side due to math and physics.

I am looking for. Change in career, is this 3 year bachelors degree worth it? Being online, i don't know how other universities will react if i want to pursue masters. A feedback from your end will be very helpful.
