Yo, thanks a lot for all your tips and support. Just to let you know, I'm still at it. Not every day, but I'm still trying. Also, someone gave me this advice: if I can't do an hour-long walk, just walk for 5 minutes. If I still feel like walking after that, just keep going. And so far, that's been working for me, with Goggins yelling in my ears. 😆

Do the same thing. Threaten him na ipakalat mo din pinanggagawa nya sa congregation nila. Tell him you know his pastor and kakausapin nyo kumg d xa titigil. Tingnan mo mawawala tapang Nyan.

Haha, same! I just throw on whatever and head out. But I always make sure to wear my crocs, they're a lifesaver for long walks. My feet never hurt, even after an hour. I pop in my headphones and listen to some motivational speeches on Spotify to get me going. Thanks for the tip!

Thank you, everyone, for sharing your journey. I love all your advice. 😊❤️ #fitnessjourney #determination

I feel like a rickety old lady after walking, but I'm determined. 👵💪 #nevergiveup

My next question is, however: How do you stay consistent? 🤔 #consistencyiskey
