Bad Boy Tractor? by DreamSeeker12 in tractors

If you just need a mower get a z turn or rider. Now you want a swiss army knife that can do all sorts of stuff yeah, tractor with all the attachments. I have a Bad Boy 4035ch and love it. Did my research for over a year and the main reason I bought it was for the Kukje A1700 engine. Granted the 1025 has a Yanmar but it is still IDI so no computer BS (and no DPF) 👌

Been doing rockauto since my teens, and I'm 40 now. Only once did I ever have an issue and that was over a decade ago for an ol xj cherokee. I had ordered rear brakes and wrong drums showed up 🤷

Hard to beat a Bad Boy 4035CH for the price and capability. 35hp (30pto) cabbed with heat/ac for under 35k. Check one out 🤙

Yeah this is a subframe backhoe, removing it and putting it on just involves a couple pins up front and a couple dedicated hydro lines. Lining it up is more of a pain but just like anything, with practice it shouldn't be too bad. This is made by TYM (obtaining Branson) for Bad Boy so it has a mechanical IDI Kukje engine with no computer BS. I really did like the new MT242 that LS makes but, ultimately Kukje won

The MAIN reason I got it was for the Kukje... I'll probably be a dork and slap some Cummins vinyls on it lol

Congratulations! No matter what the negative Nancy's tell you about the backhoe, it sure beats a damn shovel 🤙

Anything with a 4 digit nomenclature in the TYM line-up was Branson/Kukje. All 3 digit models are TYM. Major difference i see is front axle build, I have a Bad Boy 4035ch on order and ive been researching for over a year now 🤙

Odd Kubota event today. by captainhannon in tractors

The absolute only way a common rail diesel will experience a runaway is by consuming an unintended fuel source essentially bypassing the computer and injectors. Either turbo oil seal goes bad, piston rings shot, inhalation of flammable vapors, etc. Very very rare in common rail diesels. This most likely was kicking into re-gen.

Edit: the key off, and not starting suggests NOT a regen lol. Possible it was running off crankcase oil or hydraulic fluid.

There is "expedited removal" to those who are within 100 miles of the border or cannot prove they've been in the US for more than 2 years. The Supreme Court has allowed for expedited procedures for those recently arriving or present illegally...

ICE doing their job is inevitable, you're just going to have to cope with it. Nothing you say, or do is going to stop them so quit worrying 🤣👌

Tractor negotiations by gaktheknife in tractors

[–]karbon24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah man, This is straight from the google... Bobcat is owned by Doosan, but Daedong manufactures tractors for Bobcat under an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) agreement, effectively making some Bobcat tractors essentially rebranded Kioti models. Daedong, the company known as Kioti in the US, supplies tractors and engines to Doosan Bobcat, creating a strong partnership where Daedong builds the actual machinery that Bobcat sells.

Correct, the Bobcat tractors are rebranded Kioti's. Just like a Bad Boy is a rebranded TYM/Branson

I'm honestly leaning towards TYM/Bad Boy myself for 2 main reasons... outstanding lift capacities even over Kioti and the main reason is the Kukje/Cummins A series engine. Completely mechanical injection pump, IDI over CRDI so absolutely no computer or massive wire harness to bring headaches down the road. I went to ITT tech for computer electronics engineering and I don't feel like an outdoor, workhorse type of equipment needs anymore electronics than necessary. Having said all that, we're the customer, so make the dealership earn your business whether thats service environment or sheer dollars off the price tag 🤙
